Government facilities include office buildings, leased commercial office space, Government Campus Environments, civilian Government Installations and Department of Defense component facilities. The contractor(s) may furnish and install equipment to repeat, regenerate and multiplex/demultiplex signals between distribution nodes and fiber optic distribution centers and equipment. In addition, the contractor(s) may provide comprehensive Local Area Network (LAN) installation and maintenance support for agency requirements. General purpose work stations are excluded from the scope, however, special purpose LAN support work stations (such as servers, management stations, etc.) may be included.
