The United States Property and Fiscal Office for New Jersey intends to issue a sole source purchase order to FATS, Inc for software support of the ARNG Engagement Skills Trainer (EST). Since the EST system operates on proprietary software of the FATS Inc, there is no practical way of obtaining support from any other source. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal/quotation. Interested companies must submit information identifying their capability to provide the required support. This information will only be considered if clear and convincing documentation, including pricing documentation, is received within 15 days of this notice. Telephonic responses and responses containing insufficient information will not be considered.
