This DRAFT RFP can be downloaded from the Internet at http://www.nismc.navy.mil (click on icon named (1) Contracting, (2) Request for Industry Comments, and (3) Intelligence and Information Technology Management). In addition to being available on the Internet, the draft RFP can be downloaded from NISMC's electronic Bulletin Board System (BBS). There is also a status line available that contains weekly updates on the progress of the IITM project.
