Jones, (313) 930-5588 This facility intends to solicit for preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs of a Siemens Multimode Digital Angiography System, Model Multistartop, for the period November 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with possible option year. Services include all parts except x-ray tubes, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals and transportation necessary to provide preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency repairs. Replacement x-ray tubes will be provided by the VA and installed by contractor at no additional charge. All requests for solicitation documents must be in writing and cite solicitation 506-18-97.
