CDM/Morganti wishes to procure the construction services of a U.S. or Palestinian well drilling firm with relevant experience and good financial standing for the purpose of constructing three monitoring well clusters for the Palestinian Water Authority (PWA) in the Gaza Aquifer Basin. Each well cluster will consist of three boreholes of 3 inch final diameter to depths of 40, 90 and 150 meters using the rotary drilling method with water. Drilling operations are to commence no later than November 28, 1996 and be completed by March 31, 1997.
