CDM/Morganti wishes to procure the construction services of a U.S., Palestinian or Israeli well drilling firms with relevant experience and good financial standing for the purpose of constructing three shallow (350 M) and three deep (850M) water supply wells in the West Bank's Eastern Aquifer Basin between Hebron in the south and Nablus in the north for the Palestinian Water Authority (PWA). The three southern wells are to be constructed between November 29, 1996 and M(arch 31, 1997 and the three northern wells between July 11 and November 22, 1997.
