The Program Support Center (PSC) is sponsoring a conference entitled ``Small Business Partnership 1996,'' which will be held November 7, 1996. The conference is being co-sponsored by Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA); Indian Health Service (IHS); Food and Drug Administration (FDA); and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA). The purpose of the conference is to provide information to small businesses about the technical needs and areas of focus of each agency. These agencies provide health services that include: management consulting services, consultant services, human research development, training and technical assistance, research and analysis, development, evaluation, health education, and information technology, administrative services.
