The contractor to provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, transportation, supervision, supplies, equipment and facilities necessary to treat the US Post Office and Courthouse for termites, in accordance with the Statement of Work. All work must comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. The US Post Office and Courthouse has three floors, plus the basement and a mezzanine floor. The approximate square footage of this building is about 234,758 square feet. All work must be performed within 72 hours, during a 3-day holiday weekend, to be determined by the government. Contractor may effect preparatory work and stage supplies before the commencement of the 72 hours period, but not earlier than seven calendar days. It is imperative that the Courthouse returns to normal operation, thus all cleaning and removal of all debris, equipment, etc, associated with the fumigation shall be removed no later than 6:00 am on the first work day after the three day weekend. The contractor shall have an active state license, insurance and meet all certification requirements from the State, County and City. The contractor must comply with all security requirements imposed on this facility by the US Marshall. It is highly recommended that interested contractors attend a site visit and become familiarized with the building in its entirety. The contractor(s) must verify all dimensions of the building. This building has higher than normal ceilings, therefore contractor must ascertain the air volume of this building. This procurement is unrestricted.
