This procurement is being procured in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The cost range is under $100,000.00. The general intention of this contract is to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and management to install thirteen (13) 4'' monitoring wells into the surficial groundwater, and an additional 10 monitoring wells as an optional bid item if necessary, per State of Maryland regulations. The contractor must be a certified well driller licensed by the State of Maryland. The monitoring wells are located at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. A site visit will be held on 16 September 1996 at 9:00 AM. Quotations for this procurement are due by close of business on 20 September 1996.
