Maintenance Services for Beech Fork Lake, West Virginia. Approximate time will be calendar year 1997 with four (4) additional option periods. The work consists essentially of mowing, cleaning, and selected maintenance services in public use areas of the project. Al responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (a) Management Plan; (b) Experience; (c) Equipment and (d) Cost. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 16 October 1996 at 9:00 a.m. at Beech Fork Lake, 5441 Beech Fork Road, Lavalette, WV. This proposed procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
