The demolition work includes removal of existing portland cement concreteand asphaltic concrete pavements; removal of existing fuel system including existing pumphouse with associated pumps, pump control room, valves, vents, piping, underground storage tanks and fire alarm system. New work includes new portland cement andasphaltic concrete pavement; pavement markings; storm water and subsurface drainage systems, new Type III Pressurized Hydrant Fuel System, pumphouse, piping with continuous leak detection, and fire protection; replacement of existing abovegroundairfield lights and new electrical and lighting duct systems. There will be 180 days 5 bid options. Bid Option 1, Demolition of pumpstation #2. Bid Option 2, Demolition of pumpstation #3. Bid Option 3, Construction of all new fire hydrants,associated valves and lateral lines and other miscellaneous waterline work at existing water supply main. Bid Option 4, Construction of new water main and associated fire hydrants, valves, lateral lines and other miscellaneous related work. Bid Option5, Construction of new 120' mast lighting. Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Governments best interests, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options tothe total price for the basic requirement.
