Full insulation in the ceiling and walls. Windows to be sliding design XOX. Electrical outlets to be installed per normal regulations and materials and bldg. shall be IAW Life Safety Code #101, and IAW Uniform Building Code. All doors to be installed as per sketch. Air conditioning and heating to be installed by vendor. Toilets: 3 EA in the men's room, 1 EA in women's with dividers and doors and to include handicapped as per sketch. Urinals: 3 EA with dividers. Sinks: 2 large wash basins in men's room, 1 EA sink in women's room. Water heater: electric, hot on demand 52 gallon capacity. Roof to be shingled with light brown tile. Bldg. to to be R-11 fire rated. Not required: handicapped entrance ramp, hitch and phone jacks. To be delivered and erected on a pre-existing concrete slab at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA.
