This solicitation is a two-step sealed bid award. Step 1, the Request for Technical Proposals (RFTP) has been completed. The Offerors that submitted acceptable technical proposals will be invited to submit sealed bids for the contemplated Firm-Fixed Price-Contract to be awarded to the successful low bidder whose bid meets all requirements in terms of responsiveness and responsibility. This phase will be initiated in the near future. The PPF includes activity related to site work preparation, modification and construction of PPF structures, demolition, electrical installation, upgrades to 12.47 kV power supply, construction of Class 100,000 high bay cleanrooms, high bay construction, installation of particulate monitoring and hazardous vapor detection systems, modifications and installation of heating and cooling plants consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary pumping plants, modification and installation of fire detection and suppression systems, and installation of compressed air piping systems compatible with Class 5,000 cleanliness.
