The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue an IFB to provide and install a 333,000 gal. potable water storage tank on the Isleta Pueblo Indian Reservation, Valencia County, NM. The bidder will have an option to present a bid for a bolted steel or welded steel tank. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and all necessary appurtenances. Project work includes construction of foundation and installation of piping and approx. 320 ft. of chain link fencing around the tank. Project completion time is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed date. The estimated price range is between $125,000 to $175,000. The solicitation will be issued o/a Sept 25, 1996 with a projected BOD of Oct 25, 1996. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. (247)
