Cox (904) 232-1215 (Site Code DACW17) Palm Beach Harbor maintenance dredging is the first order of work and will consist of the removal of 100,000 cubic yards of material from the Entrance Channel, Cut 1 and the Settling Basin. The Palm Beach Harbor Base Bid beach disposal area is located adjacent to the south jetty and extends southward approximately 3,000 feet. Palm Beach Harbor Option Bid Item beach disposal area is located approximately 25,000 feet south of the inlet. Fort Pierce Harbor maintenance dredging is the second order of work and will consist of the removal of 32,000 cubic yards of material located 1,000 feet south of the inlet and extends southward about 2,600 feet. Dredging will be performed by either hopper or pipeline. The Contractor will also utilize booster pumps, bulldozer, beach tilling equipment, and trucks. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Presolicitation Notice will be issued on or about September 5, 1996.
