Evaluation factors shown in the original synopsis are changed to read as follows. The following factors in priority of relative importance shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Ability to provide bi-directional interface with VA Connecticut's DHCP computer system; (2) Ease of operation, i.e. flexibility of the equipment and supplier in modifying the system to accommodate customer needs, variety of ways to manipulate images, ease of routing images, and overall ease of operation; (3) Service/Maintenance provide documentation of performance uptime standards, response time, experience of service engineers and quality assurance plan; and (4) Price.
