production and delivery of 600 Air Delivery Sensor Systems inaccordance
with NAVSURFWARCEN, Crane Statement of Work, Minimum Quantity of 145
each, Maximum Quantity of 600 each Knob, Part Number 610143; Minimum
Quantity of 145each, Maximum Quantity of 600 each Loader Assembly, Part
Number 610146; Minimum Quantity of 140 each; Maximum Quantity of 200
each, Acoustic/Seismic Sensor ElectronicsPackage (SEP), Part Number
610150-301 and a Minimum of 5 each, Maximum of 200 eachAcoustic/Seismic
Sensor Electronics Package, Part Number 610199-301. Data is
alsorequired. Delivery shall be required as follows: 24 each per month,
starting 90 days fromeffective date of contract for acoustic/seismic
SEP, Loader, and Knob. 5 each, Seismic SEPshall be delivery within 180
days from effective date of contract. F.O.B. destination termsapply
with inspection and acceptance at NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane. The
acquisition ofthe hardware listed above is the only verified and
validated hardware which will executie theexisting TRSS software.
Therefore, this acquisition will be issued on a sole-source basis
inaccordance with FAR 6.302-1(a). All responsible sources may submit an
offer which will beconsidered by this Agency. When calling, be prepared
to state company name, address andsolicitation number. Requests for the
solicitation may be made in writing to the above addressor by
