Architect/Engineer Services for ''Renovate Dorms/Bldgs. 635, 636 and 637'', Luke AFB, Arizona in accordance with the statement of work and preparation of a complete design adaption based on approved design of a similar building. Firms which possess the qualifications to perform the design services specified above are invited to submit two (2) copies of their completed 254's and 255's A/E and Related Service Questionnaire for Specific Project. The selection will be conducted with the combined use of the SF 254, and SF 255 and the criteria listed below. A/E selection criteria will include: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of design, (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, (3) Professional capacity of the firm to accomplish the work in the required time, (4) Past performance of the firm on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules, (5) Location of the firm in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project, (6) Demonstrated success in prescribing the use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction and energy efficiency in facility design, (7) Volume of DOD (dollar value) work done in the last three years.
