The General Services Administration, Federal Telecommunications Service, Heartland Region (6KE) is participating in a new national businessline entitled the Federal Acquisition Services for Technology (FAST) program. As part of this new business line, a full range of commercial off-the-shelf Information Technology hardware, software and configuration and maintenance services arerequired. This procurement is set-aside exclusively for 8(a) companies. The Government anticipates the award of multiple Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. Contracts awarded will be for a baseyear plus four option years priced annually. Contracts are subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. The contracting officer will request wage determinations for localities if asked to do so in writing up to 15 daysafter issuance of the solicitation.
