Requirements include 24-hour on-call parts-and-labor maintenance; 24-hour technical assistance; preventive maintenance; and equipment repair, replacement and upgrades. RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MUST BE AUTHORIZED AND CERTIFIED BY OCTEL COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON THIS EQUIPMENT. The anticipated contract life consists of one (1) 9-month base period and three (3) 12-month option periods totaling approximately 45 months. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
