Secret Service has a requirement for quality Senior Document Examining Services to include the following duties: Questioned document analysis as set forth in manual which will be provided by the U. S. Secret Service; Comparison and identification of handwriting in a timely manner. Senior Examiner should have at least twenty-five (25) years experience in document examination, as well as be court certified, certified as a document examiner by a certifying body, member of a recognized professional organization and experienced at training novice examiners. Contractor will be utilized on an ''as needed'' basis. Workstation along with all necessary supplies will be provided. Work hours will be scheduled between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. No telephonic requests accepted, only written responses will be considered and must be received within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice.
