Secret Service has a requirement for quality fingerprint related services on an as needed basis, which would include fingerprint development using the Secret Service established protocol and the comparison and identification of latent prints. There is a minimum requirement of ten (10) years expeience and must be able to pass a full top secret clearance. This order will be handled as a small purchase and will be based on a fixed labor hour rate for approximately one (1) fiscal year. All responsible offerors should respond. No telephonic requests accepted, only written responses will be considered and must be received within fifteen (15) days from the date of this notice.
