Work is to be accomplished for the Military Family Housing units, Cadet area, major Base buildings, Dormitories, and the High Country Dining Facility located at the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs and Farish Memorial north of Woodland Park, Colorado, approximately 45 miles from the Academy. The successful contractor provides all parts, material, labor and transportation to repair or replace appliances on a routine and emergency basis within specific time frames for the period of coverage 1 Dec 1996 through 30 Sep 1997 with four(4) one(1) year options.
