L -- ENG & TECH SUPPORT FOR AN/ALQ-165(V) SYSTEM ASPJ SOL N00019-94-G-0217 DUE 101596 POC Contact, KIM DAVIS, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a class of orders, NTE twelve, for FY-97 under BOA N00019-94-G-0217 with Consolidated Electronic Countermeasures (CEC), a joint venture of ITT Avionics, Clifton, NJ and Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Baltimore, MD, for repair of repairables, on-site engineering and technical services and materials necessary to support installation, checkout, and troubleshooting problems for hardware and software in fleet aircraft (F-14 and F-18) repairables. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the AN/ALQ-165(V), CEC is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time-frame.
