Rizzardi Contractor is required to provide board certified radiologists to provide for the performance and interpretation of interventional and special radiology procedures at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1111 East End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania 18711. The base period of this contract will be November 21, 1996 through September 30, 1997. There will be two renewal options available to the Government. Radiologists must first pass established credentialing and privileging process of this agency.
