The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire services for the performance of independent technical investigations of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) projects and provide recommendations to ensure a cost effective, timely, and technically complete FMS ILS program. These services are currently being performed by Information Spectrum, Inc., under contract N00140-93-D-AC29. Contract N00140-92-D-AC29 will expire on 10 December 1997. Due to an unanticipated increase in the FMS program, an additional 458,449 manhours of effort will be added by modification to current contract N00140-93-D-AC29. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Information Spectrum, Inc., of Cherry Hill, NJ, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
