R -- MANAGEMENT OF GOVERNMENT OWNED PARKING DECK SOL RFP 521-038-97(WG) DUE 102596 POC Wanda Goolsby Contractor to furnish parking deck management service of the Government owned parking deck located at 17th Street and 5th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL for the DVAMC. Services to include furnishing two (2) low-profile, wheelchair accessible buses with a clearance of no more than eight feet three inches (8'3'') and with a minimum seating capacity of fifteen plus one wheelchair and drivers to transport patients to/from the DVAMC parking deck to/from the DVAMC and outlying clinics on a continuous 15 minute interval to run from 5:00AM until 1:00AM seven days per week, including Federal Holidays, staffing of cashier booth-16 hours per day, beginning at 5:00 AM until 9:00PM Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, provide employee uniforms, photo ID's, and collection of revenues.
