R -- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS FOR YOUTH CENTER'S HOME VISITS/BREAKFAST WITH SANTA. SOL SVS-SCS-86-96. DUE 111096. POC Tracy Barbour, 907/552-5900, FAX 907/552-9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Youth Center's Santa's Home Visits and Breakfast with Santa during the month of December. This is a popular event during holiday time and is open to the entire base population. For Santa's Home Visits we are asking for about 250 footlong candy canes and filled nylon stockings that will be handed out during 50 to 60 stops. We also are looking for 20 dozens of eggs, 20 pounds of bacon, 20 pounds of sausage, 24 gallons of milk, 25 gallons of juice and 48 loaves of bread to be used for a breakfast that will feature Santa. We will accept all or part as sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 11 November 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a non-appropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government.
