The Health Resources and Services Administration requires services to develop and implement comprehensive planning for all aspects of the U.S.-Mexico Conference on Primary Care and the Primary Care Physician. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, with the University of Texas, Medical Branch at Galveston, 7.106 Shearn Moody Plaza, 301 University Boulevard, Galveston, TX 77555. The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The period of performance is six months. This award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures.
