The Air Combat Command Contracting Squadron (ACC CONS SQ) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Geac Computers Inc for the Geac Refresher Training on the Geac ADVANCE Automated Library System at Whiteman AFB MO, Shaw AFB SC, Seymour Johnson AFB NC, Holloman AFB NM, Davis Monthan AFB AZ. Because the Geac ADVANCE system operates on proprietary software of Geac Computers Inc, there is no practical way of obtaining services from any other source. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals/quotations. Interested companies must submit information identifying their capability to provide the required service. This information will only be considered if clear and convincing documentation, including pricing documentation, is received within 15 days of this notice. Telephonic responses and responses containing insufficient information will not be considered.
