Jeter, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award an Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0044 for the efforts associated with correcting deficiencies in the BQM-147A EXDRONE Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) with an integrated Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Electro-Optical (EO) Payload. These deficiencies were discovered during preparation for the March 1996 Desert Fire Exercise. Specifically, BAI will identify, investigate and implement cost effect corrective actions for the deficiencies. BAI is the designer, developer and sole producer of this specialized, unique product and as such is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirements.
