59 -- CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLIES SOL N00253-96-R-0030 POC Contact Point: Julie Peterson, 360-396-5673 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport (NUWCDK) is soliciting for 1 each of the following circuit card assemblies: 4950682; 1104130-100; 1134580-4; 1104060-100; 1004025-100; 1134509; 1104105-100; 1104110-100; 1104075-100; 1104175-100; 1104050-100; 1104065-100; and 1104070-100. These items are to be used as spares for the External Communications System, SA2112C, for the SEAWOLF submarine. The Government intends to negotiate this requirement with Palomr Products Incorporated, 2051 Palomar Airport Road, MS 523, Carlsbad, CA 92009, on a sole source basis. Palomar Products Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and possesses the required proprietary design drawings. In addition, Palomar Products Inc owns the sole test station required for acceptance testing of these circuit card assemblies. The Government cannot provide specifications for a competitive procurement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 23 September 1996.
