65 -- PREFERRED PROVIDER AGREEMENT FOR MEDICAL & SURGICAL SUPPLIES SOL 527-47-96 DUE 100796 POC Mr. Perry Danner, Acquisition & Material Manager, Telephone # (718) 630-3550 The Government intends to negotiate preferred provider agreements for medical and surgical supplies with Baxter, Kendall and Medline Corporations for the following Veterans Administration Medical Facilities; VAMC Bronx, NY, VAMC Brooklyn, NY, VAMC Castle Point, NY, VAMC East Orange, NJ, VAMC Lyons, NJ; VAMC Montrose, NY and VAMC New York, NY. Associated satellite clinic second divisions are also included. The delivery requirements shall be 24-48 hours after receipt of each order.
