Services to consist of Outreach/ Information, Referral and Follow-up Program for the Army Community Service (ACS) located at the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois. Award date is scheduled for September 24, 1996. Vendors believing they can perform the services at a competitive cost, shall submit a written request via fax for a copy of the statement of work. Vendors submitting a proposal/bid in response to this statement of work shall do so in writing via fax by September 20, 1996. All responsible sources may respond and will be fully considered. Responses shall include firm-fixed prices for individual monthly charges, and technical experience of the contractor's employees, including past contracts for same. No contract award will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in reponse to this notice. If no affirmative responses are received clearly demonstrating the vendor's ability to meet the Government's needs by September 20, 1996, a small purchase award will be issued to United Way Infolink.
