The Naval Air Warfare Station (NAWS) and the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), Point Mugu, CA intends to procure a fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for Cellular Telephone Services. The contractor shall provide all support services, material, travel and equipment necessary to provide Government cellular telephone network access services, Government cellular telephone support services and other services necessary to ensure continuous cellular telephone network access for up to 400 individual Government owned cellular units. Continuous access is further defined to be 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week without exclusions. Rates shall be in accordance with the Public Utilities Commission regulations and billing shall come directly from the contract who receives the contract award. Contract is to be awarded as a base year with two - one year options.
