The Commission will mail the water samples to the Contractor and all costs of mailing the 10 samples to and from the laboratories will be borne by the Commission. Quotations will be accepted from certified laboratories in which the minimum requirements for certification meet EPA guidelines for potable water testing. Samples shall be analyzed using EPA approved methodolgy. When requesting a Request for Quotation (RFQ), state name, address and RFQ number. Requests will be accepted by Fax at 011-507-272-7661 or, Telex 3034 PCCAMRM-PG. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the Commission.
