The test equipment will simulate the communications capabilities of an AT&T NORTHSTARGround Entry Point. The test equipment must be capable of interfacing with public switched networks andgovernment furnished telecommunications services (terrestrial and satellite) to ensure it is capable ofproviding long distance voice/data/fax/autodin requirements of the National Airborne Operations Centers(NAOC) mission. The Government does not own the specifications and drawings to permit full and opencompetition.
