The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire Base Operating Services (BOS)at the U. S. Naval Station, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management and materials required to perform the following functional services: Pest control, Electrical Distribution Systems, HeatingPlants and Pathological Incinerator Services, Water Plants and Systems, Wastewater Treatment Plants and Systems, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment, Family Housing, Buildings and Structures, Roads and Surfaced Areas, Fire Protection Systems,Transportation Operation and Maintenance, Hazardous Waste/Substance Clean-up, Swimming Pool Operation, Maintenance and Lifeguard Services, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial, and Refuse Collection. This will be a combination Firm Fixed Price/IndefiniteQuantity Award Fee type contract for a base period of one year with options to extend - total duration not to exceed sixty (60) months.
