This is a notice of intent to conduct a sole source procurement with El Paso Telephone Company to T-1 Digital Data Service. Contractor shall provide all parts and labor necessary to install a 24-channel T-1 telecommunications link between El Paso County Telephone Company demarcation at Bullseye Auxiliary Airfield and El Paso County Telephone company central office in order to provide additional telecommunications services to Bullseye Auxiliary Airfield. The T-1 shall be capable of providing 4-wire audio service with sustained signal level of 0 to -10 dB on a minimum of 2 of the 24 separate channels. All channel capacity made available through this contract must be made solely available to the US Air Force Academy to allow for future expansion of communications capabilities at Bullseye Auxiliary Airfield.
