ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE ON-SITE TECHNOLOGY EXPO & PROCUREMENT CONFERENCE Andrews Air Force Base contracting office is hosting a one day on-site Technology Exposition and Procurement Conference at the Andrews Officers' Club on Thursday, October 17, 1996. This day will consist of all day corporate exhibit tables, government counseling tables, and a variety of seminars. The exposition will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will be advertised to all Andrews AFB personnel. Small purchases will be available pending the Congressional approval of the DoD budget. Prior to this event there will be a pre-event NSBC Networking Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. with special guest speaker Robert Neal who is the Director of OSDBU for the Department of Defense. For those of you who are not aware, Andrews AFB has the following DoD personnel located on base: Air Force, Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, Air Force Reserve, and the Air National Guard. Andrews Air Force Base welcomes all those who wish to network with their base as well as the other attendees who are present. Some of the technologies requested are CAD/CAE/CAM, Laptops/Notebooks, Imaging, Printers, Facsimile Machines, Electronic Cabling, etc. Not only are technologies requested, but Andrews AFB uses many services as well. Just a sample of the needed services are: Furniture, Training Services, Construction, Custodial Services, Supplies, Maintenance, Office Supplies, and many more.
