The project will consist of 5,800 SF of alterations of masonry type construction to match existing facility and adding 9,300 SF of new masonry type construction. Construction consists of DMU/brick, built-up roofing, electric service, storm water retention, parking lots, access roads, utilities, HVAC adds and modifications, information systems and site improvements. Alterations will have asbestos and lead paint removal. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Completion no later than 365 calendar days.
