The procurement will be a firm fixed price, requirements type contract for a base year and two option years. Interested parties have forty-five days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit technical literature describing the compatibility of their product with the Steris System 1 sterilizer. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
