This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #7043 is issued as an invitation for bid (IFB). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-39. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3861. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The FBI intends to establish an indefinite-delivery, requirements type contract for one (1) base year and four (4) one-year option periods for the following items: Line 0001 -- 25-350 Fujinon Motorized Lens Model C14X25BSNPY21; Line 0002 -- Fujinon Model C14X25BSNDS21. Bidders shall include prices for the following estimated quantities for the base, as well as for the four option periods: line 0001: 1-30 each and 31-60 each; line 0002 1-30 each and 31-60 each. Orders will be placed by the Contract Specialist James Driscoll. Delivery shall be within 60 days after contractor receipt of delivery order. Delivery will be FOB-Destination to: FBI Engineering Research Facility, Bldg #27958A, Quantico VA. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
