DLA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation SP4700-96-R-0057 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). SP4700-96-R-0057 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-32. Items required must feature the following specifications: Tricord Model ES5000 with 100 MHZ Pentium processor able to support minimum of 6 processors, 267 megabytes per second or faster bus with a 64 bit data path, EISA bus with a minimum of 8 slots for open systems architecture that interfaces the high speed bus, 1500 watt fully redundant power supplies with temperature controlled fans, must have'' hot replaceable'' power supplies, separate disk I/O controller, ability to monitor all systems functions, expandable up to 1GB of system memory, 32 half height drive bays with the ability to expand to 1.2 terra bytes, 4 half height peripheral bays, SVGA Card, 3.5 floppy disk drive, keyboard, Internal CD ROM, (7) - 64MB (16MB Simms), (15) - 2.1 GB half height drives & shuttle'' Hot Replaceable'', FDDI Fiber Single, Three Year Maintenance, Parts, Labor with a 2 day On-Site, machine must be a single self-contained unit. Intergrator must have available a minimum of two CTE, delivered, installed and supported at least 5 machines of this class, must provide references, provide toll free'' Hot Line'' support for 90 days, (2) NT Software with Tricord HAL 5-8 processors, (2) extended run matrix 5000 UPS.
