Prices preferred as FOB Destination to Andrews AFB, MD. Vendors quoting other than FOB Destination must include all freight and shipping charges with their quotation at the time of the offer. Responses to this RFQ must be received by 23 Sep 96, 2:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time. Delivery and Finance addresses will be provided upon award. Award to be made to the lowest responsive/responsible offer. This is an urgent requirement! This office anticipates one week for abstraction and award of the order. SPECIFICATIONS: Contractor to furnish all parts, labor, material and equipment to upgrade the single tone load sheeding control system, located at Andrews Air Force Base, MD. System will be required to interface with existing Motorola radio base station operating at a frequency of 139.650 Mhz. Work shall be performed in accordance with Description/Specifications/Installation data provided with RFQ.
