This is a notice of the Government's intent to place a delivery order under the terms and conditions of Computer Associates FY 96 GSA Schedule, GS-35F-0096D. Delivery order is for the continued monthly license program support, including upgrades, for all licensed software programs under Computer Associates - Total Client Care Program. The following licensed programs are included in the Total Client Care Program: CA-IDMS/R; CA-IDMS/DC-UCF; CA-IDMS/IDD; CA-IDMS/CV; CA-IDMS/DDS; CA-ADS Online; CA-Dynam/TLMS; CA-Culprit; CA-IDMS/OLQ; CA-Performance Monitor; CA-Unipack/DBA; CA-Dictionary Migrator; CA-IDMS APPC; CA-Open Road (5 Users); CA-Vman; CA-ACF2; CA-Examine; CA-PanExec; CA-Panvalet ISPF; CA-Open Ingres (5 Users). A complete listing of installed software is maintained in the contracting office and available for review. Software is installed on one IBM Central Processing Unit (IBM 3090-600J, Group 40) utilized by the Intelligence Data Handling System which is located at Offutt AFB, NE. The period of support is 01 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97. This is a sole source procurement with Computer Associates International, Inc., Reston Executive Center, Building 3, 12020 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 22090-0000. Firms who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement may submit company credentials, experience, and a complete qualification package (including copy of authorization granted by Computer Associates International, Inc. for access to software proprietary data rights) for technical evaluation in writing within 15 calndar days of this publication.
