The Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station LANT requires Software Maintenance, Centralized Support - Extended for a Hewlett-Packard server platform series 700 model 755 running the HP-UX BLS operating system with media type of 4mm DAT tape located in Norfolk, Virginia, Cheltenham, MD Honolulu, HI, Naples, IT and Washington D.C. for sets of named user RDBMS for the following products: RDBMS - Trusted ORACLE7, SQL*Forms, SQL*Plus, SQL*Net, SQL*ReportWriter, Procedural Option, Distributed Option, MaxSix, Pro*Ada, and OCI. Software Maintenance is also required for Centralized Support - Extended for a Hewlett-Packard, Series 700 Model 755 running the HP-UX BLS operating system with a client platform SUN SPARC10 running SUN OS OPERATING SYSTEM with media type of CD-ROM for Trusted Oracle 7 with 16 named user RDBMS for the following products: SQL*Net, Pro*Ada, and TCP/IP located in Norfolk, Virginia. On-call 24 hour/7 day a week including legal holidays; immediately on-site available technical support is required for one year NTE 80 hours. Vendor shall be willing to demonstrate or provide evidence of established customer support center equipped with software, operating systems, and hardware platforms comparable to those for which maintenance is required. Authorized access to source codes is mandatory. This requirement is being acquired by the authorization of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
