The National Guard Bureau has a requirement for Fitness Club Memberships in a facility that must be co-located with National Guard Bureau personnel assigned to the Skyline Complex. Period of Performance is 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97. Government expects to award a basic purchase order to The Skyline Clubs for this FY97 requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All requests received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Vendors will be required to submit a statement of any other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet the requirement. The Government will not pay for information received. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine to issue a solicitation. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended awardee and all firms who respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise submit a written request for a copy of the solicitation. No contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice.(0250)
