Award will be placed as a firm-fixed-price modification to Contract DAAB07-96-C-A757 with an anticipated performance period of 1/97 through 12/99. This action will be processed on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) and 10 USC 2304(c)(1), however all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
