The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Director for Program Analysis and Evaluation (OD(PA&E)), intends to acquire services to support the continued maintenance and development of Non-U.S. conventional forces databases, decision support systems, computational tools, and models for planning, evaluating and comparing Non-U.S. conventional forces including equipment worldwide, on a country and regional basis, as well as the computer systems and facility support needed to accomplish these goals. This solicitation will be a 50% Small Business Set Aside.
